Lara worked as the Corporate Marketing Manager for Planet Ark Australia for 18 months before moving to London and initiating and implementing the launch of Planet Ark in the UK.
Working with co-founders Pat Cash and Jon Dee, Lara developed the Planet Ark “junk mail” reduction campaign in partnership with the UK Direct Marketing Association and the UK government. As the Head of Planet Ark UK, Lara fronted the UK media campaign alongside Pat Cash.
Lara also worked with the government and waste management industry on behalf of Planet Ark to launch the inaugural ‘The Big Recycle’ education campaign in the UK.
